Less than 48 hours’ notice: A 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will apply. Same-day cancellations & no-shows: A 100% fee of the scheduled service will apply. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice without a fee. Late arrivals: Please arrive on time.
